"Well do things themselves"

I am happy to have bought this smoking b / c he always intended to add many of my own modifications. If you want something that works very well in the box, then this probably not for you smokers. First, it must be mounted. The process is not particularly complex, but it is laborious and took me 3-4 hours. In addition, the I feel the work that must be is particularly, taking the combustion chamber and cooking chamber side sealed, installing thermometers that are not required, the holes drilling air in the combustion chamber side, put on better wheels, tuning plates add the extension of the chimney at of the grill, add a button to the probe temperature, increased fire grate … It is true that some of these mods can be ignored without sacrificing cooking performance (wheel and eyes for example) but others are necessary. It'sa lot of work but in the end I'll be near $ 350 and a smoker who gets up to three times that price.
"The Smoker better in my opinion"

This was one of the best smokers who have had or used. It took me a while to assemble, but not so difficult assemble. The only thing that I propose as a great improvement for smokers is to have more and better wheels to move around the smoker. It would cost much to add that this smoking, but it would be helpful. I will try my level of large wheels of my own.
