I need a good pork barbecue sauce that is not hot, but hot. Ideas? I'll cook a few Boston Butt pork roast in the smoker. I need full recipe.
Mike if you do not want a tomato you can use a mixture of pineapple juice or orange juice, brown sugar (or maple syrup), a small red pepper, butter, garlic. Since you are a match smokers with aromas of wood that are in development (I suggest apple or maple).
