Caribbean BBQ Chicken Wings Heat

4 cloves garlic
2 shallots
1 1 / 2 v. teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Chinese five spice
2 v. teaspoon paprika
1 tsp teaspoon dried rosemary – crumbled
1 / 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper – or to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 pounds chicken wings – about 20-24

1 / 4 cup cream Coconut Canned –
Although shaken

1 / 4 cup water
1 / 4 cup red Bell pepper – chopped
1 / 8 c. teaspoon red pepper flakes

Prepare the chicken wings: Mince the shallots and garlic puree and salt dough. In a large bowl, combine pasta with five-spice powder, paprika, rosemary, pepper and oil. Mix well. Add the chicken wings.
Guidelines and how not to move until they are completely coated with marinade. Marinate, covered and refrigerated for 4 hours or overnight. Remove side wings skin side up, on rack in a grid-clad aluminum pan and cook in large upper third of preheated 425F for 25-30 minutes or until browned.
The wings can be prepared a day ahead and kept covered chilled and then reheated before serving.
Salsa: In a blender, combine peanut butter, of cream of coconut, garlic, water, pepper, cayenne pepper and soy sauce until the mixture is smooth, season the sauce with salt to taste.
Presentation: Transfer the sauce into a small bowl to serve on a platter. Place wings around the cup and garnish with cilantro and serve.

I have these amazing buffalo wings come in a box. that instructions can be prepared microwave, grill or oven, but I want to fry. the method of said oven preheated to 450 bake for 25 minutes. if I were back in oil High temperature how should the oil and for how long should I keep them in oil
More than likely already fried. Just to go with what I said the box or come not very tasty.
