Ingredients

2 pounds pork spareribs
1 / 4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons of sauce hoisen
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon sake
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sugar Tea
1 / 4 c. teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
2 tablespoons chicken broth
freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste

Place ribs in large pan in one layer.

Using a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour this mixture over the ribs thoroughly, being sure to cover the meat. Let this marinate overnight, baste occasionally unless the meat is completely covered.

Throw the ribs on the grill and cook to your satisfaction. Turn several times during the process and sprinkle with adobo sauce a couple of times.

There was an Asian restaurant near me who served "Bao". Does anyone have a recipe?

These "bao" specialty breads were served and have either a hot dog, ham and cheese or stuffed with BBQ pork inside. They also had fresh bao there was a paste of coconut in it. If anyone is interested, the restaurant has been in the suburbs of Buffalo, near SUNY Buffalo. It closed down (the price were so cheap). If anyone has recipes that will be very grateful!
