Holger Lang named chief executive of Bahrain Movenpick Hotel
Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain is pleased to announce the appointment Holger Lang in the capacity of Chief Executive March 25, 2010.
Holger is a German national, with over 20 years experience in the hospitality International. He studied cooking Maestro College Diploma in Hotel Project, Rotenberg, Germany.
Prior to appointment, Holger was executive chef at High Tatras Kempinski, a luxury lakeside Pleso, Slovakia. He worked most of his career Germany, Portugal and Switzerland, but also the experience in Saudi Arabia where he worked at the Sheraton Jeddah Hotel and Villas, the Russia, Greece, Bulgaria and Slovenia. He began his career in 1988 at Schlossbräu Restaurant in Germany as "the Commission of the kitchen" and has grown in office until he became chief executive in 2003.
Holger has a good base of experience in all aspects of the kitchen. He has a varied style of cooking experience with Italian cuisine, Asian and European. Holger speaks fluent English and German as well as Portuguese and Spanish.
Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain erfectly P is located in a picturesque lake just opposite the Bahrain International Airport and 10 minutes from downtown Manama. I do not have 106 well equipped rooms including 10 luxurious suites, June 5 for non-smokers and a room for disabled. Rooms are well equipped with most modern amenities such as wireless internet, individually controlled air conditioning and light dimmers and interactive 25 "TV in each room.

Al Murjani Ballroom provides the ideal for banquets, conventions and weddings, with an area of 460 meters squares and can easily be divided into three smaller rooms of varying sizes on request direct access and free parking. It consists of pre-function area which can be used at the cocktail function larger area. Al Murjani ballroom can accommodate 270 guests banquet style 600 guests cocktail. It is equipped with the latest technologies of teleconferencing center with dedicated support services business.
Hotel also offers health and leisure facilities, lighted tennis courts and two floods, gym (separate facilities for men and women) 576 m2 swimming pool overlooking a large lagoon and a massage service.
