Bulgogi Korean BBQ Beef Recipe
Ingredients
1 1 / 2 pounds boneless rib steaks, sliced very thin 5-6 "long x 2" wide (I use Black Angus)
4 c. tea. granulated sugar
1 / 4 cup light soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 green onions, cut into inch long pieces
1 / 4 c.. white pepper
1 tsp tea. sesame oil
Method
Mix meat and sugar thoroughly allowing it to rest for 2-3 minutes before adding remaining ingredients.
Mix all the rest to allow again for another 60 minutes or so at room temperature. Refrigerate overnight is preferable.
Naturally, the more you let the meat marinate the better.
When you're ready to cook, Heat the grill to medium-high heat, then add the meat a bit and peices are browned on each side, being careful not to burn.
You reduce the risk of the meat from sticking to the barbecue grill by spraying a very light layer of vegetable oil before submitting the temperature of the grid. "
Brown the meat for about 3 minutes until cooked, then serve Bulgogi Korean BBQ Beef with rice.
