Bbq Charcoal Grill
Charcoal Grill, smoker grill, how can I get the coal?
The use of gas grills in the past years has become increasingly popular, but for die-hard fan of the barbecue there is nothing like the smell and taste of a wood fire. For me when it's time for the barbecue and I just decided to use my barbecue charcoal (Yes, I have both a barbecue and grill gas), I find myself following a ritual unplanned. Maybe because I made BBQ for many years, perhaps there is something mystical about how to prepare and light the fire, but I always find to follow the same procedure … maybe because it works for me.
I begin to put the lighter in a specific pattern on the grid to ensure that when coal is placed at the top there are no areas not light.
Then, the pile of coal at the top of the torches to make a pyramid, making sure I do not put a lot of coal on the grid at this time because it will only bring the torches.
After turning on the light background, making sure that all lighters are lit, then a step back and look at my achievements.
Once the charcoal is lit first, then add more coal burning slowly making sure do not add too much charcoal at a time because it put out the blaze. One thing I learned over the years is to ensure there is sufficient space between the pyramid of charcoal with torches and base grill. This allows air to flow upward into the flames and the fire is much more easy. In other words try to draw directly on a flat surface is much more difficult. Here Weber One Touch charcoal grill timber with its own light. This charcoal grill has a specially designed grate which to light the fire. You place the base of the pan and grid slots cut of ventilation in the intestine, which allows you to adjust how much air the fire needs. Open it and Fire burns more soon close and the fire burns more slowly.

Problem is that the barbecue grill havent used in over 10 years and when I tried yesterday the fire was not hot enough to cook a hot dog again all was gray charcoal. I know that sounds stupid, but I need a refresher course on how to get a good fire with coal wood. CSN anyone's help!
