Marinade chicken barbecue?
I want to make BBQ chicken for dinner. I was hoping to marinate the chicken on the grill before me. Someone Did have a good recipe for adobo sauce? Thank you.
Brine your chicken. Water, salt .. lots of it, sugar, pepper flakes Pepper (The Hot Stuff), garlic powder, onion powder. Leave the chicken in brine for several hours in refrigerator. Remove from brine and dry. BBQ using indirect method. Use your favorite barbecue sauce only during the last 20-30 minutes of cooking.
