Oh man, you can eat in all directions. Bbq'd, I love the marinated, stuffed, Parmesan cheese …… Eggplant any type of property you want to share? Eggplant Parmesan is so easy … just cut the layer of flour and lightly fried in a pan cover. Make your own sauce (or buy a simple tomato sauce and basil) and layer with eggplant / sauce / Parmesan cheese and continue on. I'm sure you can even skip the pan and not just push in the oven and add the mozzarella cheese to the mix too and do cook covered with a sheet on a half-hour. My mother cut small scoops on the centers, is mixed with the material collected crumbs or bread stuffing mix, chopped green olives here too … a drizzle of olive oil and bake in the oven … made with tuna in the mixture once too … incredible!
I want! I want! Have you ever just cut like French fries and fry? OMG! Need eat when cooked, Tho. So good. My favorite dish is one of their Tho – eggplant parmesan … are now on fettuccine. (Also I'm doing chicken in the same way. Great!) Oh man, I gotta go and make pork chops pathetic!
