BBQ / Grilled fish?
For something different, I like to barbecue fish. They said that the best way is to buy fresh fish (cleaned, boned etc.), wrap in paper and place it on the grill to medium low. What are the best spices, and I can add butter in the movie? How long to cook and is low-med. correct? What is the easiest fish? Unfortunately, two members of my family will not eat salmon or tuna, but like almost all other fish … I think the trout (?) (I live near a fish where I can buy fresh fish). Any suggestions and / or simple recipes would be appreciated! Thank you. PS – I BBQ'd large pre-cooked shrimp in aluminum foil and was OK, not great – perhaps because it has been pre-cooked?
