Where can I find advice on the rules to make and sell my own sauces and jams? UK?
I am interested by bottling and selling my own barbecue and chili sauces and need to know where online you may be able to find advice on standards respect. Does anyone know of a government website, or perhaps a forum where you can find some tips? Thank you, Steve
