Recipes such as electric grill BBQ recipes?

I recently bought the Char-Broil Patio Caddy, an electric grill. I'm looking for some recipes Weight Watchers (grilled vegetables, fish …). Should I cook the food the same grid as the normal gas??

You can use the same ingredients as you would in a barbecue. Taste is not the same as would charchoal but still good. Try adding mesquite BBQ seasoning for fish.
