What is your favorite food / meal on the grill?
Now that my favorite season is almost finished (damn) … we remember the most recent months and talk about the grid – yum! What is your favorite food and bbq'd you prefer gas or charcoal grill?
I still grill in winter, rain or not! But I like BBQ chicken! And the chili with Pepperjack cheese, lemon juice and salt! I gas grill. Not very well with the fire yet.
