Gas grill or charcoal?

No need to buy a smoker because all you have to do is buy chips walnut or mesquite wood (a hardwood species) and add the coal after it becomes white. I firmly believe that the taste charcoal better and to avoid the flames when basting meat simply move to the side where cooler, then back to the center where it is warmer.
