Help? I need recipes for salmon?
We got two HUGE wild salmon fillets from Alaska. I have no idea what to do with them. We have a barbecue, stove or oven, so any recipes would be appreciated. We also received halibut that I to fish and chips at work, but any other idea would be cool. The skill level does not matter. Thank you.
Believe me, this recipe is as good or better than the best salmon I had. Take a cutting board and cut their excellent steaks about 6 oz servings. Salt and pepper on both sides of them. In a ziplock bag, mix the juice of 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons SUGAR & Brown 2 1 tsp tablespoon teaspoon ground cumin 24 ounces per salmon. Shake bag to mix into a sauce consistency. Add salmon to bag and shake and do something else this kind of thing to cover. Cook the salmon for 12-16 minutes at 400 degrees in an oven, a single layer. So good. Soo easy.
