What I have to get items for a barbecue?

also what is better? Gas or charcoal? I am not very familiar, but I know a little. I'm talking about accessories, no food.

I like charcoal. They are very simple and inexpensive compared to grids and gas laptop and I really know meat is much better using charcoal. Charcoal grills do not require that the charcoal lighter fluid, matches or a lighter lighters (not a lighter, gas grills with long range) require a can of gas. They are more expensive, but they are clean enough that coal and ash left on a wood fire. They are also much faster. For barbecues need to wait for coal to burn a whitish color before using. As for the BBQ, any type of meat is enough, steaks, ribs, baby back, you get it. And a good barbecue sauce. You can also cook hamburgers and hot dogs in cases where the ketchup and mustard will be in order, as well as lettuce and tomatoes (for burgers) … The plates are in order, products disposables are fine. Make sure you have decent disposable utensils or bring your own! Soda is also good to have. That's about it though. Very Simple!
