I think I have the perfect marinade for beef, pork or lamb. Could the judge for me, perhaps?
better? I said a cooking class last semester, and I like pickles better than the 30 minutes you buy at the store. I used this marinade over chops boneless pork, and I soak overnight. This is what I used. brown sugar, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, I did not add a lot of red pepper flakes. If you have any ideas on how to improve the marinade, I like to try them. Thank you for all the right information. With regard to the quantities that I used, I just kind used enough to absorb. I used a lot of brown sugar because I like sweet. I leave most of the marinade drain before burning on both sides, and then in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. I know it would be a good thing on the grill, but there was no coal. Onion and garlic are good. Am according hoison sauce very good. You that sounds like Korean barbecue ribs.
I think it is great as is. Pork, use syrup as a box of pineapple. If you save a little pickling syrup before you can use it to baste the ribs while cooking.
