The Belly "Off" Diet

The day after the Super Bowl and all parties, eating and drinking the party "demands. You wake up all fuzzy-headed, swelling and hoarse cheering on your favorite team? Weather menu ideas Hot?

I have two couples and five children aged 4-9yr for dinner last minute. It was very hot and this is the last weekend b4, children start school. One of them was to help us with some projects house so I want to do something more enjoyable. I think all of us are a little tired but I'm open grill. I was thinking of lobsters? I have recipe for a large lobster pie with a little tarragon and fresh flavors mellow. My fear is that it will be too heavy, especially with dough filled or simply too hot? I am also looking for a lobster salad too but I'm not sure to be quite generous input. Perhaps Grilled lobster only? I am very open to all and perhaps doing something for children. Any idea .. useful as a delicious sweet and my client feels a little spoiled!

Pastry is a good idea .. not too hot not heavy … simply bake at 210 degrees Celsius in 20 minutes.
