Bbq Marinade For Chicken Wings

Chicken Wings with Garlic Jalapeno BBQ Roquefort Dressing

Yesterday, 2 / 3 cup marinade or enough for 20 wings.
If you are over 20 wings Double the recipe.

Brine

oil • 2 tablespoons margarine, fresh milk, corn free, or olive oil
• ½ cup finely chopped onion
• 5 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons canned jalapeno, chopped
• ½ c. teaspoon chili powder
• 2 / 3 cup water
• 1 tablespoon of dough tomato
• lemon juice 1 teaspoon
• ¼ c. tsp oregano
½ tsp teaspoon salt •
¼ c. teaspoon pepper •

Instructions

In a pan, add margarine or olive oil heat. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes or until transparent. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients, cook 3 minutes. Cool.

Place mixture in food processor until smooth and pulse.
Take one day before the flavors blend well.


Wings Cooking

• 20 chicken wings prepared
• Garlic Marinade Jalapeno

Instructions

— Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
— Cover with a 9 by 13 inch dish 8 by 8 container oven for baking. (If you double the recipe, use two 9 of 13 plates). Lightly grease the foil. Place wings chicken in a baking dish. Spread half the marinade on the side of chicken wings. Place in oven and bake 25 minutes. Enjoy baking sheets, place chicken wings and brush with remaining marinade. Cook for another 20 minutes or until done. Remove from oven.

— Put in a dish can be kept warm and served with Roquefort sauce.

Roquefort Dressing
There are 1 ½ cup

• 2 tablespoons tablespoons crumbled Roquefort cheese (goat cheese)
• ½ cup mayonnaise (contains eggs)
• ½ cup sour cream substitute (contains soybean)
• ¼ c. teaspoon garlic powder
½ tsp tsp sugar •
• ½ teaspoon vinegar white wine
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

— Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
— With the back of a spoon, crush the Roquefort cheese against the side of the cup. This will remove any lumps of cheese.
— Mix well.
— Make one or two days to come.

How the taste of beef or play?
