Bbq Parts Burner

cooking a turkey on the grill?

I have a gas burner barbecue-six. I received conflicting advice. I know that Turkey is in part, without heat, but I put in the middle and light the two burners on each side? Or I'm just the light side grid? Should I put the turkey directly on the grill or in a pot? How hot should the grill? Is it the same as the oven should be? Thank you!

You want your turkey in the center with the burners on one side if you have room for it. If not, we must divide the grid half. You want to keep the temperature of the grid itself. along with your oven whenever possible. In the pot is their choice as to whether you want keep the juice or not. It will be a "healthy" for Turkey if you flush the juice, but will have a juicy turkey if you leave it in the pan and baste occasionally.
