Ingredients
1 kg lean lamb, cubed
seeds Coriander 100g
1L bottle of orange juice
8 tablespoons orange liqueur
1 chopped green Chile
6 oranges – peeled, cut and chopped
1 bunch fresh cilantro, for garnish
Preparation
1. Place the lamb in a large nonmetallic container. Dent coriander iwith a mortar, and rub into meat. Pour the orange juice and orange liqueur to the mixture meat and red peppers and chopped orange. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Turn the meat over every few hours.
