Bbq Pork Mix

Pork Chops millionaire Chile Habanero

This recipe yields 6 servings.

Ingredients

1 / 4 C brown sugar
mustard 1 / 4 C Dijon
1 / 8 c soy sauce
6 pork loin chops centercut
8 oz butter
1 carrot, finely chopped
1 branch celery, finely chopped
1 / 2 onion, MD, finely chopped
1 T fresh ginger, grated
2 sprigs fresh thyme
T 1 minced shallot
1 T chopped garlic
1 bay leaf
3 black peppercorns
3 / 4 c Port wine
1 pound fresh cherries, stems and pits removed
1 Habanero peppers, stems and seeds, chopped
3 c rich pork (or chicken broth)
2 T cornstarch
1 T water
A salt and pepper taste

Preparation

Mix brown sugar, mustard and soy sauce and mix well. Spread mixture evenly over chops and marinate, covered, in refrigerator 4-5 hours.

Melt 1 ounce of butter in a saucepan and nonreactive sauté carrots, celery, onion, ginger, thyme, shallots, garlic, bay leaf, pepper and onion until it becomes golden. Add the port wine, heat and reduce until thickened.

Add cherries and cook until Habanero and that all the juices are extracted from the cherries. Add broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.

Remove heat and fatigue with a fine Seiva, pressing with a spoon to extract all the juice.

Return liquid to pot and slow strain whip in the remaining butter, one ounce at a time. Dissolve the cornstarch in water and add to sauce. Seasonal heat and stir until the sauce thickens enough to coat back of spoon. The sauce with salt and
pepper to taste. Keep the sauce warm.

Grill pork chops to taste and serve with salsa slipped on them.

Tip

Pork chops on the grill be trimmed of excess fat and rub with a small amount of olive oil. The best way to enhance the flavor of the chops Pork is to add a dry rub that includes some of your favorite spices. Some species which go well with pork, including paprika, garlic, tenderizer meat and a little crushed cumin seeds.

Is it acceptable to make dumplings and roast pork (premixed) with ground beef?

I think that Ukrainians do something something like that, but I'm not sure. Would it taste okay?
