When will I see results from my diet and exercise?

Ok I'm 21, 5'9 ", 208 lbs. I started to go to the gym in November, but being the holiday season has been on and off, then, of course, I finished eating a lot. So, officially started a backup at the beginning of this month. I exercise 4-5 times per week. I can follow a course of one hour to spend Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday also about 4 times a week, I can do about two hours in the gym between cardio and weights. An example of a day of eating for me is: Cheerios and 2% milk for breakfast lunch and a turkey sandwich bread and cheese for lunch and Cheez-its or something. Also, I eat a serving of fruit day. and sometimes I have a mild solution without fat pudding. Sometimes, I can enjoy a frozen dinner, but still have 300 calories or less. His exercise program sounds great. However (At least in my opinion), this is not really much of a diet. This would be my regular diet. Try skim milk, no cheese, no Cheez. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, boneless, skinless chicken, fish. Cut the potatoes and white rice. Try brown rice.
