Barbecue Pork Chop Recipe
This is my favorite BBQ pork chop recipe and is healthy too!
Time total: 20 minutes Servings: 4
Ingredients
2 v. tbsp tomato sauce
mustard 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 v. to Tea Honey
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce (preferably sodium)
1 / 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 c. teaspoon pepper
4 pork chops pork chops with bone (3 / 4 inch thick)
-Place all ingredients except pork in a small bowl and stir with a fork to make BBQ Sauce
-Spray skillet with oil and brown the chops in a large nonstick skillet over high heat, about 2 minutes per side. Reduce medium heat.
Putting barbecue sauce on top and sides, using half the sauce. Turn the chops and coat the other side with the rest of the sauce.
-Continue to cook for few minutes, turning chops once again.
* If you use a spoon to measure the oil first to help to slide honey.
I got this recipe from Prevention Magazine and has also recommended to serve their Quick Oven Potatoes BBQ pork chop, then tropical sorbet for dessert. To recommend tropical sorbet and mango sorbet coconut layer in a glass or working side by side in a bowl. I also love raspberry and I tried mix all three. It turns out that two is really the best combination of any two of the three is delicious, but if you put all to lose all three individual taste. I think the raspberry and mango with coconut sprinkled on top may be what I try the next!

Bake at 250 -275 degrees. Real Slow Cooking for about 3-4 hours. Next, remove the ribs turn on aluminum foil and bake for about 30-45 minutes. It was at this point that put some barbecue sauce, mesquite flavor, on one side and let the meat cook for about 30 minutes. Give Turn meat and do the same thing on the other side. Their meat will literally fall the bone when you eat!
