How to grill like a pro?

I just got this new gas Weber grill. I put the whole thing piece by piece, it took me like 4 hours loneliness. Anyway, my husband says he is "male dominance" Whateva. Then my father taught me the basics, how to turn it on and everything. I had a BBQ chicken tonight and yesterday, I made hamburgers, they knew well. I want to practice, so I became the BBQ MASTER. My husband is in Iraq when you do not say in the matter. Anyone have any suggestions, anything I should know? Any secrets special?

Ah Yes, I like a woman on the grid. Post using a gas grill, you miss the smoky taste of charcoal. To compensate, buy a few bricks and a rack, place another grid on them and then grill. It also helps to burn under the walnut meal.
