How to barbecue? What to buy?
I've never done a barbecue and do not currently have a grid. I was planning part of a farmyard. Need to know the best barbecue, charcoal or gas? What are the advantages and disadvantages and recommendations for brands? My friends and I mostly only eat chicken, my parents are vegetarians for what ever you cook meat at home so I have no idea on how to prepare meat. What should I do to prepare BBQ and what kind should I buy? Do you sell pre-marinated chicken? Thank you for any help.
