I know how exciting this is the first time you go first. You see all these wonderful improvements and mental body N have never known any other food.
You really feel that you have discovered the fountain of youth "and want to bomb everyone you know with all raw foods and fitness information you have.

Make no mistake. Despite the popularity of raw food movement is growing, most people still think eating a raw food diet is crazy.
And whatever support or encourage your family and your friends are probably the same sentiments. Do not be surprised if you see any movement of raw foods such as Fashion and trust who run the "standard rate" cooked in no time.

When people start to realize how healthy and dynamic, of course, see and feel everyone wants to know his secret. Suddenly, people who have never been interested in diet or years (or perhaps even avoided / fun of what you are doing) is lost by this knows his secret.

When I first arrived, the rest of my family has eaten cooked food standard. My mother has always been an excellent cook, but health was not very high on the agenda day.

I eat lots of fruits, exercised, spent time outside, have a sleep sufficient and answered questions related to health have been for me.
Well, that's two years and things have changed. My mom feeds mostly vegetarian rarely cooked meat more. The family moved to meat more or less every night for one or two times a week.
There are a lot more emphasis on plant foods and less meat, cheese, dairy products, salt, butter, etc.
While two years may seem long for you, just think how much time had to overcome first foodism. Personally, I'm interested in health and Fitness in early 2005, but it was not until 2007 that I went first.
And remember, I am country of ribs, pork sandwiches, fried chicken and fired. The fact that my family regularly eat no meat (or even vegan) foods food and love is so good for me.
