quail as a main course?
Hello, I am on duty tonight barbecue quail as a main course and wonder what I would have to accompany – Rice Ie.? A green salad with beef for the main and potatoes. Or is it just to be alone. Yum is well enough. Ideas?
Yum, yum, rice has very nice, with quail, a little jazz, dried oregano and basil added to water when cooking rice. Course to treat bird gently on the grid, which have almost no fat in them, the heat should be medium and I propose to spray with olive oil if the bacon has rendered to keep them moist. (Bacon grease is for those of us who have a bit of Dr. Evil in BWWAAAHAHAHA !!!!)
