Bbq Recipes Crock Pot

The views of the breasts Pot Pot?!?

Ok – so I'll make a beef brisket (3 pounds) this weekend. I was checking on the site as a prescription. How about if I just add to the clay pot without spices and a bottle of barbecue sauce good?!? Do you think I should add broth too much meat, and how?!? Thank you in advance!

If your breasts are cured, I stick with just the broth, the juice in the package chest and a packet of extra seasoning put in. It's delicious by itself. If it's just meat, I still believe start with broth beef, one onion and garlic, S & P, and bay leaves. I left the barbecue sauce until much later in the kitchen not only to burn in the crockpot. Unless you just use the clay pot, baking chest is my preferred method. Crockpot make it too soft me. Place in a baking dish on a rack, place an inch of water at the bottom, cook covered about 350-375 for about one hour per pound. Therefore he is tender and moist inside, with crisp edges. Find it for the last 20-30 minutes and let stand (covered) for about 10-15 minutes before slicing across the grain.
