Here in Texas we have a lot of things, LOL Here are some ideas: Grilled stuffed with grilled vegetables stuffed jalapeno corn on the COB beans potatoes and onions and cooked bacon pasta salad, cabbage and beans, potato salad, grilled / roasted / mashed potatoes with cream corn casserole cornbread / pot of beans with cheese, broccoli and macaroni and cheese and cheese pinto beans w / bacon or ham, jalapenos, cauliflower etc / Broccoli Salad, potato salad pea cakes, crumbs, fruit cake, topped with ice cream
