It would be nice. But remember .. acid alkaline balance requires .. requires hot sweet, spicy and sweet .. requires blah, blah, flavors are good, but you will perhaps a touch of honey, white or brown sugar or molasses to give the salt you have to hit their activity on a barbecue.
