Slow Cooker Recipe – for a simple barbecue pork sandwich?

I have a simple recipe for Super Bowl Sunday. Do I just put a shoulder pork in a casserole pot with barbecue sauce and began to cook for 10-11 hours?? Would this work? Does anyone have ideas for an easy recipe?

So I do this all the time. Just put the pork roast (fat side up) with about 2 cups of water or less (I use more water than usual in the slow cooker) with a package of onion soup mix. Cook all day. Drain and cut into mash – add favorite barbecue sauce. Do not add the sauce to cook the pork Only after crusher.
