As for the steak of swordfish?
I'm doing tonight, seared swordfish steak, I'm not sure what kind of sauce preferable to work with him. Ideally, I would like to make a sauce with what I have at home: mustard, ketchup, Miracle Whip, mango chutney spicy, green pepper, green onions, barbecue sauce, ranch dressing, lemon juice and an entire rack of spices (Mosty Indian). Ideas?
In a large bowl set: / 2 c.balsamic vinegar 1 / 3 cup olive oil 1 1 / 2 c. fresh lemon juice 2 T. chopped 1 / 2 tc sugar garlic 1 / 3 chopped fresh basil, salt and black pepper to taste Add the fish to the bowl to coat. Place remaining mixture in a heat and let suacepan simmer cooking swordfish. You can pour over the swordfish steaks Top individual use or a gravy boat with ladle.
