Chilli Mumbo Jumbo BBQ Chicken Wings

3 pounds fresh chicken wings giant
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 (18 oz) Teriyaki BBQ sauce bottle
1 / 4 cup honey
2 tablespoons liquid smoke flavoring *
6 cloves garlic, minced
Following the 2-inch piece fresh ginger, shredded
Habanero peppers 8, finely chopped **
4 Serrano peppers, finely chopped **
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish

* Dressing Liquid smoke is near the barbecue sauce section of most grocery stores.

** Always wear gloves when working with water hot peppers (fresh, dried or roasted peppers.) Do not touch your eyes when you work with peppers. Gloves protect hands, but the capsaicin in hot sticks to everything it touches, and if you touch near your eyes burn. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Cut the tip of each chicken wing and discard. Cut wings into two (Cut to the town) to two pieces. Wash and dry chicken wings (they need to be very dry) Place wings in a large bowl and set aside.

To prepare the sauce: In a nonstick skillet over low heat, add Worcestershire sauce, teriyaki barbecue sauce, honey, liquid smoke, garlic, ginger, Chile Serrano and Habanero Chile, and horseradish. Let mixture simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

Coat chicken wings 3 / 4 of the sauce hot, stirring gently to coat. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 12-24 hours to marinate.

When ready to bake, preheat the grill on the network low aerosol (spray with cooking oil plant).

Remove chicken wings in a sauce on the grill ready. Cover with grill lid, open vents, and cook 45-60 minutes on LOW HEAT, or until a thermometer meat indicates an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (juices will run clear when cut with the tip of a knife), turning several times.

hot with remaining sauce on the side serve.

Makes 4-6 servings.
