Vegan cheese
I'm not vegetarian, but I like these two recipes. I found them in www.cheesecake-recipes.org. The first is incredibly easy to do, and the second is not worth the drama on all cylinders in the kitchen!
Vegetarian Cheesecake Recipe Easy-TIP: As an option, add 2 tablespoons tablespoons maple syrup for the right sweetness.
Ingredients
1 container Tofutti brand cream alternative Cheese
12 oz or one package tofu
1 / 3 cup soy milk
1 / 3 cup cornstarch
1 tsp teaspoon vanilla
2 / 3 cup castor sugar
The juice of 1 tablespoon lemon
3 tablespoons egg substitute
Two tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pie crust pre-made
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a small bowl, combine egg substitute and water until smooth and add to blender. Then add the remaining ingredients in blender and blend on medium heat until tender. Reduce speed and slowly add the oil. Mix to be thick and creamy. Pour into pie crust and cook in oven for 45-50 minutes or until firm. Not not be surprised by the lack of change in color or texture. Cool in the refrigerator or freezer for a while before serving to the company until the right texture.
Free Vegan Cheese
You can do 1-2 days in advance if you are a cheese the difficulty in finding time in the day it is due. It is delicious and is perfect for a casual meal or a barbecue. Tip: Open the oven door for about three minutes to heat when it turns down the furnace to keep the cheesecake from blowing and falling thereafter.

¼ egg substitute powder
¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons soup. hot
32 oz cream cheese soy
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 pie crust pre-made
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. For filling, in a small bowl, combine egg substitute powder with hot water, stirring rapidly with a spoon until the mixture is uniform and strong enough, then set aside.
In a large bowl, mix with a hand mixer, cheese cream and sugar on medium speed until fluffy (about 4 minutes). Add to egg mixture and beat substitute speed high for two minutes. Add vinegar and beat for 1 minute at high speed.
Pour filling over crust. Bake in oven at 400 F for 5 minutes, then lower the oven to 275 F and bake for about 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow cheesecake to cool then chill in the refrigerator at least two hours before serving.

Tofu pizza??
I want to make BBQ Chicken pizza with tofu instead of chicken, I can do? if I can, I have to cook tofu separately? I just roll it in barbecue sauce? What need to be firm or extra firm? "I can just cook directly on the pizza? Thank you for the help
