Recipe Name: Grilled Beef with diced Brinjal

You will need:

1. 220g ground beef
. February 2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
3. 1 eggplant, sliced
4. Vegetables Salt ½ or use pellets of organic kelp if you're a lover of diet paleo
5. A pinch of pepper
6 2. Tablespoons olive oil
7. Many of the wooden skewers, soak in cold water for approximately 20 minutes.

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to broil high or oven to 180 C

2. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix around.

3. Skewer the meat of the eggplant. Then, line a baking sheet with a sheet of paper cover the baking dish, with a sauce of olive oil bit. Bake about 40 minutes. If using a grill, just cook both sides until desired doneness.
