Vegetarians help! What can I cook for my friend?

I invited my friend to my BBQ for my birthday but it is a vegetarian.i requested that I can prepare for it he would, because I do not want him you can not eat, I know I'll have a lot fruit and vegetables, because it is what I prefer, but in addition to tofu burgers or something else?
