100 386002 DiscountWeber Q portable gas grill
Perfect 2-3 people, enough for 5-6
I just received these this week and I used it only once. I chose this because I live with one partner room and we we thought it would be big enough for us, and we also wanted a laptop for a campsite. The first use was roast pork destination and chicken wings for 5. There was enough space to fit all our food at once, then divided into lots, and slowly ate first group as more or less an aperitif. The grid has functioned well, is hot right now, do not use much fuel, and it was easy to move and create. Something that would be better for large groups would be if there was a second rack to keep food out of the heat, or if there was a way to adjust the heat to the different sections of the grill.
Ultimately, a big barbecue, easy to use!

This is our second Weber Q Grill The first time I connected to the system of propane in our RV. It will use a cylinder at a distance. Q Grill is small, but the cooks and a barbecue. Very resistant to disease outbreaks and things cook evenly. The cooking surface is small, but I can cook enough meat or burgers for four people. Rugged cast iron grill surfaces. Great camping grill

How To Roast Pork BBQ in my hood?
I have a Weber grill with a hood and wants to make a pork roast in it, but do not know how …
Start in the kitchen. Put the roast in a skillet over high heat and sear the outside on all surfaces. This will avoid more juices in. Bake in a baking dish in a disposable aluminum bed onions with a little water … not much … maybe a quarter cup. Cover top with foil and wrap the foil tightly around the disposable lid of saucepan. Turn on the grill, put the roast in, put the lid the barbecue and leave. Come back in one hour. If the meat can be separated with a fork, you're almost done. If it is not there yet, check back later … When you can pull the meat apart with a fork, remove aluminum lid and put in whatever sauce you prefer. (Most People make the mistake of applying barbecue sauce on top … they are stupid). Leave cook 10 minutes without the lid aluminum, but always under the hood of the barbecue sauce while bathing. Remove roast from your grill, put on a plate (is important) let stand at least 5 minutes before serving … enjoy.
