I just bought a barbecue smoker with a home side. I tested and works well. but my question is whether the smoke always come out of the chimmney smoking and cooking. i maintains the temperature of about 225 250 degrees. but just leave. but retains the heat. it would be more on the wood smoke through and would be nice but the smoke of tobacco. can still be smokeing meat and not much smoke out. all ideas will be useful.
