The best recipes from the potluck, without much work?
I'll be college graduates. We expect to have a low probability backyard / bbq / Lo lunch for 10-15 people max. I will also spend the next day. I currently live in the south-west so that the temperature in the day that we're likely is over 100, perhaps as high as 110. I'm looking for simple, tasty, something can be in the heat (it will have a fridge or two, obviously), not to eat too long to serve. Thank you.
If it's going to be hot, why not simply ribs or chicken or burgers on the grill and serve cold salads with him. almost sounds like it will be too hot to eat something warm. Congratulations
