2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread Mix 1 (15 ounces) corn beans, drained
2 eggs, beaten

3 cubes chicken bouillon
A third cups water hot
3 tablespoons melted butter
Salt to taste

Mix Jiffy mix, corn, eggs and milk.
Line bottom of pan vegetable oil spray. Heat a skillet over medium-high.
Place a tablespoon of corn mixture into the pan. Cook each side until they are lightly golden.
Place a paper towel to drain. Add more oil as needed to fill all the fried corn fritters.
Do Melt 2 tablespoons tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Sauté onions and peppers until onions are transparent. Remove pan fire.

Seasoning:
1 / 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 / 4 cup cooked bacon cheese
2 green onions (green part only)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake potatoes or 1 hour or until done. When the potatoes have cooked remove from pan to cool. In case of fresh potatoes to prepare soup by melting butter in a large saucepan and sauté onion until golden.
Add flour and mix the onion to make a Roux. Add broth, water, cornstarch, mashed potatoes and spices in saucepan and simmer. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half and remove the contents with a large spoon.
Discard the skin. Cut Baked potato with a large knife to make songs that are about 1/2-inch in size. Add chopped potatoes and half and half to the saucepan, bring the broth to a boil, reduce heat and simmer the soup for 15 minutes or until thick.
