Homemade Bbq Sauce For Chicken

How to make your own house barbeque sauce

When it comes to the house barbecue sauce, the process is fairly simple and it is likely that all ingredients on hand.

Why should you do instead of buying? By making your salsa, you save money and control ingredients. Once you have prepared the sauce, can use immediately or refrigerate may be a maximum of three days in an airtight plastic or glass container.

Here is my family favorite recipe barbecue sauce takes less than 10 minutes to prepare.

barbecue sauce

1 cup tomato sauce
1 / 4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup hot water
1 / 4 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon black pepper
1 / 2 teaspoon celery salt
2 tablespoons onion minced
1-2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 / 8 c. tsp basil (optional)

In a large saucepan, combine sauce tomato, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and water. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Stir in granulated sugar, salt, black pepper, celery salt, onion, brown sugar and basil. Simmer the sauce over low heat for 5 minutes. Once the sauce has finished cooking, it is ready.

Optional Taste: If you like sweet sauce, brown sugar increased by a spoonful. If you want a little garlic to taste, you can cut a clove of garlic and add it to your recipe. If you like spicy, you can add 1 teaspoon of hot sauce.

Recommended for: You can brush the sauce over the burgers and chicken for baking and roasting roasted. This sauce is great on beef and pork ribs as well.
