Party Food on a budget?

I am planning a barbecue this weekend, but part of the diet need a strict budget I am fr. What could I do, it will be incredible, but within a budget for my family and another family to come? Only four adults and four children. Thank you very much for their ideas! Oh, do not have to be strictly a barbecue meal plan, it could be something else. Ian :-) and DaddyRX going down! :-) Thanks to all! useful ideas. Try to stay away from hot dogs and hamburgers, but I know they are the favorites of roasts. :-)

I would like some chickens for everything – you can usually get a great price on them. Yes, you have to cut (or ask butcher – sometimes – not always – I'll put them in the mountains and cut down). What quarter chicken (white and black). But you should be able to obtain for chickens $ 1/lb whole. And you can marinate in citrus or other (such as El Pollo Loco). Then I would get some of the styles in the country pork ribs For Sale – see them on sale for $ 1/lb. too. I boil the water boiling until all cooked and tender. Then I grill with some sauce and put cursor on buns – buns slider I saw in my local Albertson's grocery store. And if you need choice of meat – I'll take some Brats and onions grilled Italian sausage or grilled onions or active links. You can always slather hot links with a little barbecue sauce – throw them a bread Nice hot dog (on sale of course). And corn is on sale now – four spikes per dollar. How is it that cheap! You can always boil a little and then use the signature butter sauce (maybe a butter garlic mustard – and not have to butter – Perhaps the sale of oil olive oil or margarine). And heat, add the cooked corn on the grill to heat up again and some grill marks. Then, pasta salad … Boil macaroni and toss with Italian dressing and if you want to throw bags of frozen vegetables in the color and flavor. And if the slaw cheap if you cut the heads of cauliflower. You can get 2 heads of cabbage for about $ 2. And then you can take a sweet and sour type dressing materials (vinegar rice and salad oil, oil olive oil) and then throw in a few of the best off Ramon noodles (uncooked). Desserts – Paula Deen Crispy Rice made these deals with a lollipop stick. She crosses to different things like peanut butter, nuts, chocolate sauce, noodles. (The costumes may be in the dollar stores – but also Michaels, Beverly or WalMart). I'm sure I could get all these ingredients in the dollar store. And you can bake a batch of brownies and some crispy sweet congratulate grapes, strawberries (also known as fresh fruit), watermelon – whatever cut is on sale for those who do not eat pastries for dessert. Good luck.
