Five Egg Recipes: Savory options are not just for breakfast
Part of the reason why eggs are so incredible edible because of their versatility. They can easily be added to a series of recipes that are delicious any time of day.

Mexico baked eggs
This is another easy recipe that is great moment of the day!
8 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons milk
¾ c. tsp salt
½ tsp teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
2 / 3 cup cheddar or other cheese shredded Mexican blend
4 ounces chopped green chilies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Allow butter to melt in an 8 "square pan in the oven. Exit (do not forget oven mitts!) and shake to distribute the butter.
