I have made lots of chicken in this house. Molassas chicken, creamy chicken and dumpling, pot pie, chicken bake, BBQ, hotwings, chicken parmasian, breaded chicken, grilled chicken.

Chicken and Broccoli fettuccine alfredo.

Boil 2 or 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts until done. About 20 or 30 min. Cover and keep warm.
Cook a pound of frozen broccoli with a little water in a bowl covered with plastic wrap in the microwave for 10 min. and leave covered.
Cook a pound of fettuccine pasta according to package directions.
Melt one stick of butter and add one cup of cream. Half and Half is good. If You want it lighter use only 1/2 a stick of butter and 1 and 1/2 cups of milk. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and a teaspoon of dried parsley. Stir and cook on low heat until just boiling and keep hot.
Cut the cooled chicken breast into bite sized cubes.

Now timing is important. You need to have everything hot at the same time.

Drain the pasta, put back in the hot pot You just cooked it in and add the cut up chicken and cover.
Turn off the heat on the butter and cream and stir in 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese then immediately add to the pasta and chicken along with the hot broccoli, do not drain the broccoli.
Heat on medium while stirring until it all looks hot. If it looks to thick add a little milk. If it looks to thin cook until sauce is thickened.
