I have a pork Roast in the freezer and I thought I’d use it to make pulled pork sandwiches. Does anyone have a nice easy, watery BBQ sauce/marinade recipe that I can throw in the crock pot and let this roast simmer in for a few hours? Or maybe a link to where I can find one?

1 cup brown sugar
½ cup vinegar
2 cups ketchup
dash kosher salt.

Mix well and simmer over very low heat (crock pot is great) for 3-4 hours.
