Vegetable Bbq Skewers

How far in advance that I can cut the chicken and vegetables and put them on skewers to grill chicken?

At night, I roasted Saturday and I would like to do on Friday morning and keep them fully assembled into the fridge but I wonder if the vegetables (red and green peppers) and Pineapple cuts are going wrong in this period.

Not when you put them in an airtight container or wrap in Saran. If you have a container appropriate large can also marinate your crampons all day Friday. Fine. I know you need to know what marine. Could use Part of the marinade teriyaki salad dressing or spicy Italian .. Good luck
